<3 I had some ME time while the family slept! whitened my teeth, painted & decorated my nails bright & fun!

I hope that I can have another good day tomorrow! : )
I'm excited about going to a zumba fitness class tomorrow night with my girlfriend.
We did a 2hr straight "zumbathon" last Tuesday! So much fun...but, sooo INTENSE! I'm just glad we found some free classes in our area, so we can go every week now! GETTIN IN SHAPE, SON!
6 weeks ago I was giving birth to my daughter at 187ish pounds..today I am 158lbs! 30 POUNDS from a change in diet+breastfeeding! I've only had  ONE TIME to be active & do that zumbathon. I know once I start working out, dancing, and running..I will be one lean, mean, fighting machine in no time!
My goal is to be about 140. My pre-pregnancy weight was around 140-145. Which is a very good, healthy weight for me at 5'8. I still like to keep some curves & look ALIVE haha.
I love how making better choices in your diet, fitness, and overall health affects your entire well being and lifestyle. The better choices I make, the more positive and happy I am..as well as everything around me! Love it! I am going to try hard to continue with this : )

**I will post recipes for my smoothie drink & the pasta dinner tomorrow on another blog post! : )

Get that glow & shine back!

As a new mom you are going through so many new changes.
Physical, Emotional, & Hormonal-
with that mushy belly hanging all about, swollen/leaking boobs, wider hips, pimples!, bags under your eyes, wearing around a diaper of a pad for weeks, exhaustion, moodiness, baby blues. With all of this and all your new responsibilities..it's easy to lose track of taking care of YOURSELF. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT to take care of yourself, especially as a nursing mother. Your baby seems to be sucking every bit of beauty and any little bit of energy you have. Sometimes leaving you feeling depressed about the way you look. Your hair is falling out, looks dull and dry. Your skin is dry, breaking out, and lost that "glow".

I will be filming a new video on how to maintain a good, nutritional, high(but healthy)calorie "diet". A big part of your physical attributes are reflected by the things you EAT and DRINK. I will be telling you how to keep a good diet while nursing, why it's so important, the effects it has on your hair, skin, & YOUR BABY : )
Also, vitamin supplements, natural home remedies, and which products to use to improve and nourish your hair+skin. : )

Obviously this is not LIMITED to nursing mothers. This is useful for anyone with hair and skin ; )

SOO.. be on the lookout for this new video coming out THIS WEEK on my youtube channel! Subscribe to my youtube channel , so you can be notified as soon as I post the video! : )
